Approach
How we work, plainly.
A short and honest description of how we run engagements. We owe you this clarity before you wire any money.
01.
We start by listening, not selling.
Every engagement starts with a free 45-minute conversation. Our goal is to understand whether we are the right fit. If we’re not, we will say so and point you somewhere better. Roughly a third of these conversations end with us suggesting a different firm.
02.
We scope tightly and price clearly.
We do not write 60-page proposals. We write short scoping documents that name the deliverable, the timeline, the price, and what you are responsible for. If something is uncertain, we say it is uncertain and propose a structured way to reduce that uncertainty before committing to the full engagement.
03.
We do the work in the open.
You will know what is happening, weekly, in plain language. Slack, shared docs, regular check-ins. No surprise invoices. No “deliverable reveals” at the end of a quarter.
04.
We build for the people doing the work.
Strategy that your team cannot execute is wallpaper. Systems your team cannot operate are landfill. Every recommendation we make is shaped by who has to do it tomorrow, not by what would look good in a slide.
05.
We tell the truth, including the uncomfortable parts.
If your tech stack is fine and the real problem is governance — we will say so. If your food project is unworkable at the price you’ve been quoted — we will say so. You are hiring us for honest counsel, not for validation.
